1. What this service is

DarkLust AI is a set of automated Telegram bots that apply AI-powered edits to photos you send them in chat. The service is provided as-is: we run the bots because we enjoy making photo editing effortless, and we reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any bot, preset or feature at any time.

2. No intent to harm

This project was built for creativity, and it stays that way. We do not design, market or intend DarkLust AI to harm, harass, defame, impersonate or deceive anyone, and we do not build tools whose purpose is to create misleading or harmful depictions of real people.

• Our presets are tuned for photos you have the right to edit — your own pictures, or images you have permission to use.
• We do not offer, and will not add, presets designed to produce content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that sexualizes, demeans or endangers real, identifiable people.
• If we learn that a preset or bot is being used primarily to harm others, we will change or remove it.

3. Your creations, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you send and for everything the bots return to you. Every edit a bot makes starts from a photo you chose to upload. Before sending an image, ask yourself whether you have the right to edit and publish it — because if a dispute follows an edit, it is between you and the other party, not with us.

• Only send photos you own or have explicit permission to use, especially photos of other people.
• You decide where your results are posted. We do not review, pre-approve or endorse what you publish.
• We are not liable for any claim, loss or damage arising from content you create with the bots.

4. Professional styles — preset terms

The looks available in the bots — the retouch profiles, film grades and artistic styles — are our own tuning work, offered to you for use on your own photos.

• You may: apply any preset to photos you have the right to edit, keep the results, publish them on your personal or business channels, and use them in your client work and portfolios.
• You may not: resell our presets as your own product, offer them as a competing service, or use the bots to mass-produce content for spam, fake accounts or bulk advertising.
• Credits are appreciated but never required — you never have to tag us to use an edit commercially.

5. Fair use of the bots

• No automated flooding: the bots are for humans chatting, not for scripts hammering the API.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
• Telegram's own Terms of Service apply to every chat, including ours, alongside this page.

6. Availability & changes

Bots occasionally go offline for maintenance or upgrades. We aim to keep the roster on the Active Bots page accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for edits lost during downtime. These terms may be updated as the project grows — the date below always reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
